Provide event services for all departments, setting up furnishings and equipment for various, scheduled activities and functions, which involves setups, breakdowns and maintenance of all meeting spaces. Support the daily operations of the facilities management and conference services departments as needed. Provide onsite audio visual support for University technology. This position will provide day and occassional evening/weekend technical/professional support for special events, with capability of a schedule rotation, For example: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., will be the schedule on most days.  However, hours may vary according to the events calendar.

The Program Manager at The College of Global Studies is responsible for admissions processes and for the support, preparation and participation of students studying abroad with The College. The Program Manager will support The College's enrollment goals by working closely with students, parents, U.S. university partners and overseas programs to ensure a high quality student experience. The Program Manager will be responsible for liaising with domestic and international university partners and will be expected to work closely with The College's staff located locally, around the United States and in Arcadia Centers overseas.

 

The College of Global Studies at Arcadia University (based in Philadelphia, PA), one of the largest campus-based international study programs in the United States, serves about 3,000 students each year from nearly 250 colleges and universities around the country. The Graduate Programs Assistant is a support position responsible for processing inquiries and applications for the part-time graduate programs. Additionally, the position carries responsibility for timely output of reports, emails and letters, and managing the flow of information between the Enrollment Management Office and the graduate departments. The Programs Assistant participates in telephone coverage and on-campus events, carries out data entry of applications, inquirer data, and other information, as well as managing student workers assigned to tasks related to graduate admissions.

Athletics

The Director of Study Abroad is responsible for daily oversight of and long-term planning for the Office of Study Abroad.  Under the supervision of the Academic Dean, and in collaboration with the Associate Provost, the Director establishes operational priorities for the Office of Study Abroad.  The Director is responsible for identifying and implementing programmatic and process improvements, as well as for assessing the success of study abroad programs for Arcadia students. Other major areas of responsibility include: advising for a portfolio of programs, staff management and training, incident and crisis response, and budget management.

The Annual Giving Officer is a full-time employee in the University Advancement division of Arcadia University.  Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Annual Giving Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of annual giving prospects, assigned reunion giving classes, the Alumni Walk of Pride paver program, and student phonathons.  The Annual Giving Officer also helps to coordinate campaigns, fundraising volunteer programs, and represents the Annual Giving Office at alumni and university events.
